Perkins Bakery - Albert Lea

Eating is a bit poor glamour. there were too many flying around our table. this is rough and a violation of the health code. employees should not smoke when customers have to park. they have to set up their game.

The waitress offered a barely-there smile and treated our requests as if they were a huge inconvenience. To top it off, the food wasn’t fully cooked. We tried to call multiple times, but the phone just kept ringing without anyone answering or going to voicemail. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This has definitely been the best Perkins I've ever visited, all thanks to our waiter Todd B. He deserves a raise! He was quick with our food, friendly, and ensured that the atmosphere was wonderful. I loved it and will definitely return!

The restaurant was bustling with customers, and there was just one server on duty. She put in an incredible effort. The food was excellent—fresh and served hot. This has become our favorite spot for breakfast no matter where we are in the USA!

Don’t know why I bother. I ordered something to go that a family member was gonna bring to me, she was already there. The girl who answered the phone was rude and when I was explaining how the person was already there, she said ok when I was in mid sentence and hung up the phone. I called back and of course another person answered the phone, I explained the same thing, she said I don’t know what you want me to do, I don’t know who you’re talking about. If it wasn’t for George and Kathy I would NEVER order from there, some people are just so lazy and have no idea what the meaning of customer service is.
