Sproat Lake Landing Resort And Drinkwaters

We were disappointed to learn that our reservations made on the "open table" had not been communicated with the restaurant. even though the waiting staff poured our first glasses and refills of wein, we had to do this ourselves through the lunchtime. but eating was excellent, and the service was very good!

Gorgeous views! Nice selection of food most of the week (more on that later) with delicious salads and heartier choices. Definitely recommend the charcuterie board! Very accommodating to our dog! Outdoor seating was only a few steps removed from the building and the light lake breeze and warm sun coming through (even at 8:30) meant that it’s a wonderful spot to grab a bite in the summer. Pet or no. Limited menu Tuesday’s and Wednesday but still had some attractive options for the hungry lake goer.

Yes, stop in for the Lounge. Just a hop off the hwy with a liquor store. Nice covered patio over looking lake. A step above a pub, but prices still reasonable. Nice long bar to sit up at Some local drafts on tap and cold. I didn't try the food but it looked good going by. Was a nice motorcycle ride down from Courtenay.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly welcoming and friendly!
