Dunkin' - Albemarle

Why do you people even have cappuccino blasts on the menu? Every single time I come through here, your workers say they don’t have it the stuff to make it! I cant wait for Starbucks to open up and take you out of business! Albemarle, NC location

Awful service!!! I have been to this location multiple times and they always seem to be out of the necessities to make basic coffee drinks on the menu. Was unable to fulfill my order on my donut stated they didn't make that type. Won't be going back.

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Albemarle, NC has been unable to make frozen/blended drinks for at least 6 months. They say that their blender is broken and I find it completely unacceptable for a blender to be broken and not replaced in such an extended time frame. The staff is unapologetic and just says they cannot make anything blended due to the issue. They’re always out of donuts and the ice cream to make cappuccino blasts as well. This restaurant needs corporate help.

Everytime I ordered they never give me my total they just say pull around and they always have a attitude and are very rude. I only go there because it 's the closest coffee shop near me. The attitude from most of the girls there makes me never want to go there, I only go there when I absolutely have to. And multiple times I 've gone there they dont have ice.. how do you not have ice? And one time me and my family was there to get breakfast. They had us pull up to wait on our food, we waited 20 minutes. We had to go in and get our food..Do better. Someone needs to come in and fix this or just shut the place down all together.

Every single time I go to this location seems like everyone has an attitude. Always slow service I love the coffee but if you're gonna work in public you need to have a better attitude not nasty.
