Subway - Albany

We were the only people in line and it took a good three minutes for someone to come start helping us. They were slow and very skimpy with toppings (three slices of tomato on a footling sandwich for example). When another girl decides to help they helped the people after us so our order took forever.

Ordered from the app. All was received as expected.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad with all the toppings, including added avocado, to go. However, when I received the salad, it was only half filled and was missing tomato, cheese, bacon, and avocado. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I've paid extra for avocado each time. The cost has added up. I tried to contact the restaurant to resolve the issue, but the phone just rings and no one answers.

This restaurant consistently fails to provide the correct sandwich unless you order in person and closely monitor the staff. Even then, there is a 50% chance of getting the wrong order. The employees are extremely incompetent and unprofessional.
