The food was terrible and overpriced for the portion size.

I'm being generous by giving this restaurant a 3-star rating. I usually give good ratings, so I'm not usually critical. However, my experience with this restaurant was not great. I dined with 5 guests and we had several issues. They forgot 3 of our drink orders, we had to ask for water refills, and despite ordering 3 appetizers, we only received one. I ordered scallops with veggies and a baked potato, but received overcooked scallops and veggies without the potato. When I asked about the potato, I was told they were out and had to choose a different side - the fries I got were disappointing, I would rate them a 1 compared to McDonald's fries being a 5. Overall, the service was a 0.5 out of 5 and the food was maybe a 2-3. I was in town for business, tried something new, but won't be returning to this restaurant.

This seafood restaurant is upscale and pricy. The seafood dishes were exceptional, as were the desserts. Our waiter appeared to be managing too many tables, causing us to have to seek him out for service multiple times. The restaurant offers a nice selection of wines and beers, and the decor is pleasant with beautiful tropical fish tanks. Overall, the five of us (four adults and one child) had a wonderful birthday celebration at this restaurant.

This was a terrible experience. I should have left when my waiter spilled my cocktail all over the table and then walked away without cleaning it. Then I had to wait half an hour for a burnt plate of fish. Why would they even serve that to a customer? What a complete disaster!

Slow service and not a great experience. Over all we were seated for 2 hours and 45 minutes. We had a small party of 4 and two were our teens who were not demanding in the least. We had long finished our coffee when our desert finally arrived. Yes it was new years eve but we were there just after 5pm with few other diners in our area. It was not a good experience, the food was not at all worth the time it took and we were not even offered coffee refresh as we were waiting for the deserts. We will not return and are sadly dissapointed in theservice for the price. Not what we were hoping for at all.
