Red Lobster - Albany

I'm sorry that I didn't take pictures but I had the I guess it was the lobster surprise? I'm not sure but I enjoyed it crab legs two different types of shrimp and I think it's one more of the entree but it was good! And don't forget the blueberry Caribbean drink!

Let me start with my waitress Aiyanna was great !!! There was no host at the front for about 4 minutes and when he did show up (no it was not packed and he said my fault i didn't see you come in) I wasn't greeted. I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of Aiyanna as my waitress (like I stated earlier) who was very attentive and professional. The food came out quickly and for the most part spot on. The Cajun chicken pasta (which was recommended by my waitress) was extremely good. The cheddar Bay biscuits were fresh out the oven and perfect. My complaint would be whomever cut the lettuce for the salad literally gave my almost the whole end/root of it. I would go back if I was in the area.

We had the best service and food today! Shanna was our server, she did an awesome job! Food was prepared exactly as ordered, hot and quick! We plan to be back soon! Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience to celebrate Valentine’s Day

I'm in albany twice a month and I'm not gonna eat at red lobster again. the managment choose not to follow what the menu was told with the entree served and gave some lame excuse why. when I had ordered the same meal 2 weeks earlier and received exactly what the menu required.

Eating and service is good here. I don't know why, but I think this restaurant is preferred in valdosta. I still prefer blackbeards seafood in albany. it is also cheaper and better quality.
