Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Albany

I do not understand why the owner does not redesign the interior of the bldg color on the outside of the bldgs, it would look 100% better than now! the dach also needs repair or painting! I was shocked when I wanted to place my order on the drive, seeing that they have no menu! to the luck there was an advertisement on their window that caught our attention before getting them to the window! it was an dinner for 2 for $1.99, that was perfect for us! there were 5 pieces chicken, 2 pages 2 cookies! even if the Bldg menu is in bad shape the food service is awesome! the health inspection was a 98/A! that's a plus for me!

Last two times not all of my meals received after they were asked there. it was said, but not. on the journey by occasion they will give them something different from their order. will not honor when they have gone or get no article if they don't call back and tell a manager what they haven't got. Now I have to check my order before I go.

I would give 0 starts but I can't. This place is gross inside and out, it needs to be remodeled. The service is terrible the works do not respect that we are coming here to pay our money. They are never open insaide for whatever reason and when you wait in line to order it's a 30min to and hr wait for FAST FOOD CHICKEN that is already cooked. Oh and when you get to the menu you can barely see it because it was not been cleaned for years ! That's just ridiculous. The service is terrible

The customer service and food has went down. It's always a long wait time no matter the time of day and the prices are ridiculous ?

This place needs to be closed down. It 's disgusting inside and out. I really would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. I see reviews of improvement and I think that is highly laughable. Are you kidding? The employees have zero respect for anyone. It 's like they really are just there to ride the clock and get a paycheck, they treat you like an interruption. I have no doubt that if this wasn 't a franchise, this place would not still be in business. I understand having to wait for food, but 30 minutes to an hour for chicken from a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. I have never experienced this type of behavior in any other Popeyes establishment. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
