Longhorn Steakhouse - Albany

Customers please avoid Longhorn SaltHouse. Amir A was very pleasant and provided us with awesome customer service but the food is terrible. We orderd five steak meals and one burger meal ,all of the meat was either under cooked or overcooked and the vegetables were very salty. Spoke to the the Manager Matt his explanation was the food is cooked...with bold favor. Sorry that's not bold flavor that is hypertension on a plate. If you want a perfectly cooked steak/ burger visit Texas Roadhouse located down the street.

This past weekend my family and i had exceptionally great service. Our waitress was diligently checking on us and the service was excellent. Her name was Alexa and again, we were glad to be there and will be returning!!

They doubled up on the salt for unknown reason for all our food. We waited for 45 minutes to get the food. The presentation was good. The waitress was kind and gentle. First time here but not good

I love this steakhouse chain. Usually very consistent. This particular one was more loud than normal. Too many staff members are standing around mingling in plain sight. Mash potatoes were extremely dry this time. My waitress was awesome.

Decent lunch prices. Bowl of soup and 7 pepper steak for $10.99. 6 Oz sirloin with a side $13.99. Wish they had a few more steak options for lunch. Soft drinks are around 5 bucks a pop which inflates lunch price. Service is good and food was well prepared. Try the boneless chicken wing appetizer.
