The amount of times I've beenable to order food is less than half my visits, at this point when they say the word sorry I just drive away. Either thislocation needs some renovations to make it workable or the workers just aren't willing to do their job and need to be fired.
Only the drive through was open, the dining room was closed. I don't know how often that happens here. The drive through has tight turns, with a concrete wall on one side, and the building on the other. So not really for those towing or bad with largevehicles and turning. The parking lot is also small and kind of a one way. The staff overall though were very friendly and quickto get orders out. The food was good and what you expect for a KFC.
Rude person took order at counter, out of many items, when we finally ordered something they actually had in stock, they took our money and served us mac and cheese bowls...WITHOUT TELLING US THEY HAD NO UTENSILS TO EAT WITH. Absolute DUMP of a KFC withTERRIBLE staff. Never again. Avoid this location and get something from a gas station, it's likely much better than this.
Not sure of the name of the young lady that waited on me was...but..she was amazing!! I would definitely go again! Food was delicious! Great experience! Wish I had one in my area!
This is the worst KFC in the capital region and probably beyond. I 'm not sure who the general manager of this location is, but they should probably resign. The inside is never open despite the numerous pick up mobile order inside signs scattered allover. They constantly run out of products. Last time I was there, they told me they were only taking mobile orders as I 'msitting there in the drive-thru. No explanation, no apology. If I could rate this a zero, I would. Doubt the lazy GM will readthis, but if you do, consider a new profession.
