Hooters Albany

So I ordered a few days ago 10 boneless wing for pickup and tell me why 3 out of 10 just straight breading with no chicken inside. So I only have 7 as now. Don't **** your LOYAL customers. please do it like this!

Great place to watch the game. I kept confusing my server with her twin sister ?. They were really nice about it. Beer was cold and it had a cheerful happy vibe. Can't wait to go again.

I 've been there many times over the years, and generally I have had nothing but good food and great service. Every once in awhile I get an order that isn 't as good as usual, but not that often. Great wings, sliders, and I love the pretzel bites, among a few other menu items. I can 't think of a time where I received bad service either, but I usually sit at the bar and the bartender is always there, even if they are really busy, I get good service. One issue I had was, they must have about 30 tv 's in the entire place, and I got rid of my NFL Ticket, so I went there to enjoy the game and grab some food and drinks. I walked in and almost every tv had the same game on it. I sat down at an open table with 3 tv 's side by side playing the same game. I asked the waitress if she could get one of them changed to the game I was looking for, and she told me they aren 't allowed to change the channels. Really? Does every tv need to be on the same game when others are on? Finally the tv was changed, but it was already into the second quarter of the game I wanted. I will have to go elsewhere to find a place to watch football. Great place, just disappointed in the sports bar aspect of it. UPDATE...I gave it another shot, and it was much easier to get a variety of games this time. I thought it fair to share that. Thank you Hooters!

I took my nephew there for his 17th Birthday and our waitress was sweet. My nephew wanted chicken wings and has never been. My nephew is shy and doesn't talk to much around people especially females because he gets nervous. At the end of our meal (which was very good) our waitress brought him a piece of cake and asked to take a photo with him and it made him so happy. It really was a pretty good experience all the way. It was clean, service was great and again the chicken wings were REALLY good!
