El Loco - Albany

This restaurant is one of my favorites not just for the food, but also for its authentic margaritas. They offer vegan options, just be sure to mention it. The guacamole and burritos are great and very filling.

El Loco is excellent at accommodating vegans. The staff is well-informed about vegan options and how to modify other dishes to fit the diet. I recommend trying the tofu mole for a unique and delicious experience!

I have visited this restaurant three or four times before and the food has been decent. I appreciate that they offer vegan options. However, on two occasions, I found meat in my vegan dish, including a large piece of pork in a vegan soup. I may consider giving it another chance next time I am in the area.
