Dan's Place Two - Albany

The only way it could taste more like homemade is if I cooked it myself, but I could never fit with this breakfast sausage!! Wish they were open later and had delivery! Food and service are always excellent!

Best place to go in Albany for... any time/meal really. Been coming here my entire life since I was in the womb and this place doesn't really change in a world where everyone's trying to reinvent themselves and be something they're not. Tom and the family will make you feel like part of the family, no matter if it's your first time or your millionth.

Probably the best service and food I have had at a diner in a long time. Great prices and friendly wait staff and cook (Tom). Cook behind the counter historic diner. The omelette were both amazing and had flavorful ingredients like the bacon and sausage. Coffee was priced right. Whole link sausage included in the omelette. They do not skimp.

Don't except anything pretty like the artisan places around. This is a traditional diner with that feeling still there. It serves a small gathering but wait times to be seated doesn't appear to be long. Nicole was our server and she was very nice. IT IS cash only so be prepared when going.

The nicest people and for the locals. Prices are hard to beat. Great hole the wall diner.
