Dairy Dream - Albany

I'm downgrading to one star (would give no stars if possible) since the owner blocked me on their Facebook page for giving my review there as well. Extremely unprofessional and yet more reason to no longer patronize their establishment.

I highly recommend this place to all ice cream lovers. So many options and the location makes it great for anyone whose playing at then ball diamond or splash pad nearby.

The workers in there are busting their behinds to keep up with orders but there is too much between online, window and drive-thru. Something needs to change because I've seen a lot of people upset including myself waiting over 45 minutes for just a small order.

Horrible service, disgusting food!! This was our first time and will be our last time getting food from this place. I work in customer service and the lady that took our order was extremely rude to us. When we 1st started to order she said we had to “yell” at her because she couldn’t hear usreally?! OH OK.then when she was typing in our order she did a “ à la carte” for everything we order when we kept on telling her we want “kids combo meals” so when she give us our total it was 3x’s higher bill. She slammed the window shut before we had the chance to ask for a receipt. When we finally got the receipt we saw that she charged us for food that wasn’t in a combo but we didn’t know all that because the lady never told us that it doesn’t come with the meal. Soooo confusing and very rude employees that don’t know what they are doing, just random charging people for food and not telling themI guess!!!!! I don’t recommend this place at all, save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I had never been here before, so I did not realize it was drive thru only. I stood at their front window for 5 minutes trying to get someone to pay attention to me. They had tables out front, so I assumed you could order from there. No one stopped and let me know this. I will never go there again and won't recommend it to anyone either. It wouldn't have taken them 5 seconds to let me know this. There is another Ice cream place in Albany and that is where I will be going from here on out!
