When I inquired further, they told me their credit department found no charges from my card. Logically, if my Casey's rewards were used for an order and I pointed out it was for two orders of breadsticks, there seems to be a significant discrepancy. I even visited the store and showed them my bank account statement to prove that I paid for it. Now I'm left without my money and without the food, all because I couldn't prove my order on their system due to an error on their part. I am definitely not going to order online from Casey's again unless I'm using Casey's Cash, and I will likely reduce my in-store purchases as well. Enjoy the $4.72 you essentially stole from me, Casey's. To anyone considering ordering online through Casey's, especially if you're unfamiliar with their site or app, I strongly advise against it. If they still have this issue, you won't be reimbursed for your order. If you need something, it's best to order in person or by phone.

I had a really disappointing experience with the service. As someone who works at Casey's, I could never imagine treating a customer like that. One of the employees told me I would have to wait for my wrap because they were too busy. He even said, "It's a Friday night and you're seriously coming in for a wrap?" Then, he came over and told me I was lucky he had a few minutes to spare. He hastily put together an unappetizing wrap with hardly any toppings and then just walked away. All of this happened right in front of the kitchen manager, who didn't say a thing.

I filled up my gas tank today and used my Casey's rewards, which saved me 13 cents a gallon. Last Friday, we ordered a chicken quesadilla pizza, and it was quite tasty.
