Carolina Caffe - Alba Iulia

Worst place in Alba Iulia. We had to wait 30 minutes to receive a warm beer in a hot summer day with 40 degrees. An it was somehow our fault according with attitude personnel. They doubled the place on Google Maps to hide bad reviews!!!

We had a great meal with the kids. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and the food was delicious.

Long waiting time for menus, for taking the order, for bringing it, they had no water at all, on this heat, and brought cash receipt, even though I asked to pay by card.

I went to this restaurant for the second time with the same result. We didn't have any serving. We weren't taken into account by the waiters every time we sat for 20 minutes at the table. Horrible for a restaurant in a tourist area. But I'm glad because I came across a restaurant with good food and waiters who care about their customers, it's called Brothers Restaurant

The location and the building are really wonderful. Unfortunately the drink specialties do not posses any quality and definetly not worth the price. The bathroom is dirty, the staff is amateur, especially the bartender, and does not accept criticism, because according to a remark that I made about the hideous ice Late (if I can call that an ice Late), I encountered an unprofessional behavior… I heard nasty comments near the open window. I do NOT recommend the place!!!
