Salims Beach Cafe - Alappuzha

My bumbling foreign self was welcomed here with grace and service- without prejudice I might add. Very strong, good quality chai, a friendly proprietor, a nice lively environment. It’s conveniently located at a main junction near the old pier.

Not at all hygiene. I found something really weird in my tea and it was intolerable... Never recommend this cafe to anyone. I feel pity on this shop

It's a nice place by the beach. Regularly visited by beach goers morning walkers and tourists. You get tea, juice and snacks here. I love the sulaimani they serve here. Sulaimani is lemon tea with some herbs. I enjoy the sulaimani after my morning walk when am in town. I also enjoy reading books sitting at the space just outside the shop. Makes my day.... Edit in Feb 2022: It seems the ownership has changed and you no more get the tasty sulaimani which we used to get earlier....

ആലപ്പുഴ ബീച്ചിൽ വരുന്നവർ ഒരു തവണ എങ്കിലും ഇവിടെ കയറിയിട്ടുണ്ടാവും. ചായ, കാപ്പി, സർബത്ത്, ജ്യൂസ്‌, കരിക്ക്, ചെറുകടികൾ, ദം ബിരിയാണി എന്നിവ ഇവിടെ കിട്ടും.
