I loved this place. many delicious desserts to choose from.

The service is good. We had a problem with our order because of some computer issue but it was solved quick with great attitude by manager, she was so nice and did not charge us for a dish served with delay. Why not 5 stars, because capuchino was not prepared right.

Staffs are so bad, I asked for simple tea, 20 minutes of waiting, no tea. I walked to their counter and asked for it. Again 15 minutes wait, no tea. I mean I could just go home and make a tea myself. They can speak a single word of English and they do not understand Turkish as well I think as I asked them in Turkish. Such a bad experience, staffs are just don't care, whoever is the owner should look closer to what his employees are doing and how they treat customer.

I had 4 of their desserts and a main dish and liked everything, except perhaps tiramisu. They also have a rich selection of ice and hot drinks that are rare in Turkish caffes. the personal also spoke good enough English.

Hanci is special. they have wonderful cakes and a new breakfast menu croissants with different fillings. very beautiful, but very busy, so they must have time.
