Panera Bread - Alamo

Kind of dirty place. Needs some updating. Service is terrible.

Great place wish they had one in Rossmoor shopping center.

I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars, not because their food isn 't good, but because they can 't get more than 1 out of 4 to go orders right. Tonight they forgot to put chicken on a Green Goddess Chicken Cobb salad. It 's become truly annoying to get home and find so much of the time that the order is wrong.

I was the only person in line made an order for a half sandwich. I had to wait 10 minutes because an employee made an order 5 minutes after mine and they were served first. Horrible customer care.....Maybe that's why no one was there. Boo on this location I will never go back.

There is good soups and sandwiches. Sometimes very busy. Long line to order.
