Chili's Grill - Alamein St, Beenleigh

I used to dine at this Chili's for years and very often. This Saturday (February 24th) it was horrible.Waited 15 minutes before the waitress came to take our order, another 30 minutes for our food. When we realized and flagged down a waitress, they apologized and brought out our food. It was ice cold. Again, apologized and was told they would make fresh food and adjust the bill. At this point all we had was water, chips and salsa. When the fresh food came we had to leave to catch our movie.

All the fried items had a hint of bitter taste, as if they used the oil for too long. Service was just ordinary (probably less than that). The staff was merely concerned with picking from kitchen and bringing to table. Will not visit again.

My fiance ordered a 6 oz steak and instead received a steak nugget. For the amount you charge, you should be able to provide an actual 6 oz (maybe 5 oz after cooking)steak. This is unacceptable.

Place is nice but jfc I don’t know what happened to their chili. I got take out last Saturday and had their chili. It was the worst chili I have ever had. Worse than Price Rite canned chili. I remember Chili’s chili being at least an 8/10. But this time was a 5/10. I couldn’t even finish it. I didn’t even get 3/4 the way thru the bowl.Parking: When it’s busy, it can get fairly full.
