Let's begin by saying that their customer service was truly terrible! I called them five times to explain that I had not received a refund for an order I accidentally placed. When I mentioned that it felt like stealing, they still didn't issue a refund or provide any food. They insisted that I needed to provide proof, even after I spoke with someone on the phone and provided my order number.

Avoid this place if you don't want to wait over 30 minutes for your order after the expected pickup time.

I’ve had a frustrating experience with this Wingstop location. They are always quite late with their deliveries, and while I tried to be understanding and adjusted my expectations, today was the breaking point. I placed an order, but the delivery driver didn’t leave the food at my door; instead, they took off with it. When I reached out to the store, they informed me that they couldn’t redeliver my order. They offered me a refund, but that wasn’t what I wanted—I just wanted the food to be remade and delivered. I had been patient with them despite their consistent delays, as at least the food usually arrived eventually. However, this time, there was no delivery at all. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I recommend that others look for alternatives if they don’t want to be disappointed.

So? the Asian small girl who works at the register has the nastiest attitude plus her hair was all loose and messy. It?s concerning that her hair was down because what if she got hair on the food. Cooks don?t wear gloves, there was ranch on thefloor and the girl didn?t think to pick it up. This wing stop has horrible representation for customer, doesn?t seem appetizingto eat there.

I was put on hold for 20. I went to the restaurant and it was 4 people in there. 1 guy cooking and two young ladies talking to either. I showed her my phone and how long I've been waiting she didn't apologized or any thing. I asked for the manager numberand she informed me that she was the manager and I ask for someone over her and she rolled her eyes at me. I've never seenanything like this in my life. It was very hard to hold my cool on this one this one. No respect
