Chubascos - Alajuela

Chubascos serves costa rican style tico eat, but it was great to find they have clearly labeled vegan items on their menu. yucca fries, a thick tomaten soup, patacones, homemade guacamole, salate, casados and more. beer and wein are just as available as fresh obstglätters, which are obviously very popular here. we were here on Saturday and this great restaurant was full of friendly and competent staff at 2 o'clock. it is rare to find restaurants in this opposite with vegan options on the menu. the coffee planting dieucks asacia is located directly on the mountain and although they have an salat that is listed as vegan on their limited menu, chubascos makes a great restaurant option close to for a larger meal. addressing in costa rica are only of general areas and sights, but chubascos is easy to find. hours vary so check their Facebook page for updates. updated by previous review on 2020-01-25
