This is Bustan Mall and the interesting part you not able to search on Google because his name is registered in Arabic. This mall is big but not attractive because their is no entertainment inside the mall only ladies and kids clothes shop there. I visited to collect my Son's school dress.

Many Coffee shops are nearby. Becoming a Coffee Hub in the town. Happening place. Parking is a real issue in the evenings especially on the weekends.

This mall has huge potential but the management is so sheepish they do not understand how a good renovation and remodeling with easy to move around network of corridors maintenance will triple their income. Maintenance is poor, facility management is poor, toilets are disgusting.
