Jersey Mike's Subs - Alabaster

We frequent this location and they are always great. One particular order of to go subs were wrong and our kids didn?t would not eat them. We called and were told to come in next time and they will make us new subs. When we came back in a few days later and provided photos and receipt they would not replace the subs. Very disappointing and the attitude of the individual was very arrogant and not what was expected from this place.

Ordered the Buffalo Chicken and found multiple bones in my food while chewing. Very disappointed because I hate leaving bad reviews, but this has to be the worst food place I've ever visited 0/5

Wonderful service and pleasant environment always a joy when I come for a meal at night every few days appreciate all the work you guys put in !

The worst Jersey Mike's I've been to. My second to last order they had the chips and the drink right so I thought the sandwich would be right nope. They switched my sandwich with someone else's. The order I just placed, my girlfriend went to go and pick it up. I ordered a drink and chips with it. No drink was provided. There's little to no vegetables and no chipotle mayo on this at all (It's a Chipotle Cheesesteak....??? I think I'm going to be done with this location.
