I just want point my review To the distinction services by the people who are delighted to give their best for their customers and visitors. He is a tall, handsome guy who works hard and puts his efforts into serving every table around the place with a smile. despite the busy and cozy place, he is smiling and willing to satisfy his gusts.

Amazing service with a great view, executive lounge was so peaceful, only objection is that snacks should have been with a more variety during the day. Although Miss Anfal was wonderful and made our stay pleasant.

Jeannot Bistro, a pop up, French cuisine restaurant, is open in place of Flame at the Kempinski The food was AMAZING!! Hats off to the 2 Michelin Star chef and his personal recommendations for dinner dessert. It was a memorable meal.

The stay was really great, everything was super comfortable and clean. But most importantly the receptionist Abdulrahman Almuaibid was super helpful and informative, he made our stay feel extra special and we’re very thankful!

First time staying in this hotel. I booked an apartment with two bed rooms. A very nice Kitchen with appliances. The hotel rooms are beautifully designed with antieke style furniture and a very nice glass wall view of the city. Employees are polite and professional. The food is very good especially in the sky lounge. Downside is that the tv is not a smart tv and there is no sound system.
