Mira Palace Al Hoceima

Planned to spend the day with family at the pool. I was surprised at the condition. Really not at the top for 4 stars, the staff speaks vulgarly to the customer. A haj that welcomes people. I was too surprised to see a hajj working at the swimming pool. The deckchairs are not free we took 1 for me and my husband the thing that bothered the staff that I should not be next to my husband. It was a very bad experience in this swimming pool arrived at 11am we left at 1 p.m. to avoid very very bad.

We made our reservation through Booking. I found the price quite high at €155 per night for a room with a noisy air conditioning unit and a safe that doesn't work. However, the reception staff were very welcoming.

No catering: chicken steak with vegetables and rice: non-fresh meat with bad, inedible taste, small quantity of vegetables. Bad tasting latte. Disappointed!
