Pizza Hut - Al Fujayrah

Visited there for lunch, delivered expected taste and perfection. The service was great by their courteous and friendly staff. But I witnessed the staff having a bit of a hard time communicating with other customers. Even though it's RAK, they are still expected to speak English (if not Arabic as well), hope they get their necessary training. Overall a great experience!

Dined at manar mall pizza hut, ordered their pasta for 25 aed. This is the second time the pasta quantity has lessened. It's literally the half of what used to be. When I asked them they said it's okay. The staff was smiling like it was a joke, while one guy said it's 200grams but I have been buying it long enough to know it's way less, he said we will fix it and make another one for me, he asked me to wait 7 min. While I went back to ask it was more wait. And when I received, it was the same pasta and on the top he added uncooked pasta sauce which tasted bad. Very bad service. Extremely unsatisfied With time pizza hut quality and quantity both have been failing. Only the thing that is increasing is the prices!!!!!

Maybe the most measerable pizza I ever tried....they should have more training from the main branch of RAK, before they open in here, I am very unsatisfied with this shameful quality. I really love pizza hut but im disapponted so many tomes to the staff in manar mall because i got rejected from them 5times to make order because of no change bery bad customer service they want their customer to provide them exact amount or other wise you have to pay card so you can order really bad expirience they trow it away their customer their policy no change. Go away
