Obioma Prestigious - Akure

Obioma Prestigious Restaurant does not live up to its name. I visited today and, unfortunately, I must say that the service was extremely disappointing. This isn’t my first experience here; I’ve been a customer since 2002, and the service has consistently been poor. The wait staff seem untrained and lack basic knowledge about providing good service. The menu primarily focuses on Igbo dishes, including options like akpu, garri (eba), semovita, and rice. You’ll find traditional Nigerian soups such as egusi, vegetable, bitter leaf, Oha, ogbono, and various stews. However, the overall atmosphere of the kitchen could use significant improvement.

This restaurant in Akure is a lovely spot to dine. The prices are quite reasonable, and I would rate the quality of the staff a 6 out of 10.

This is a great spot to enjoy a delicious meal any time of the day. They offer a variety of dishes and drinks, all of which are quite tasty. I highly recommend trying the efo riro—it’s fantastic! They provide both dine-in and takeout options. However, the staff could benefit from smiling a bit more.

Good place to have a good meal at any time of the day. Various dishes and drinks available and I mentioned that they are also delicious. The efo riro is something you want to try. There's food and take away. The staff has to smile more.
