Wendy's - Akron

First the restaurant was empty, no one in the line. we drove through the journey and we are asked to wait and we waited 5 minutes only to place an order. when we moved into the window, there was a woman (not in a wendys uniform) with a baby on the food that appears both insecure and careless. we waited for 10 minutes to eat, no one else was there. we received no straws, no spoons, etc. and we missed a big frey. we will not return.

I am not one who has to leave reviews, especially negative. up to this point my experience in this wendys was very good. my eating is always hot and good. but today I went through the drive and got the wrong sandwich. when I came in to get the right sandwich, the ladies were very rude for me and most other customers in the line. When I got the right sandwich, it was burned.

Only to get a star rating because zero is not possible. legitimately the worst place ever. placed a mobile order and waited 42 minutes after the arrival for two meals. Finally they go in, just to find out that the reason why the dinge lasted so long is because two of the workers fought together and left the station. her manager continued to scream, but not to help. another worker screamed to a customer who complained about waiting. an absolute catastrophe. Fire everybody and start. that's embarrassing.

Overall, disappointing. eating has generally gone down in the quality. apple pecan salad is still quite good, but the chili is just not what it was earlier and no more side salads!? what is this? a big frost is a child-sized drink cup for an unimaginable cost! after 9 o'clock. I ordered a regular burger, but a baconator burger. pub fries were much too salty and the sauce is not the same as last year when it first came out. waits after passing on for more than 5 minutes.

My father and I went for lunch today -through the drive thru. (Worst food that we have ever had)!The cheeseburger must of been sitting for quite some time, along with my chicken sandwich! The fries were so salty and dry. Shortly after we ate, we both got SICK! We wondered why no one was there and Burger King across the street was packed. The crew were all starring out the window eating and drinking. We will never frequent this fast food restaurant again! Stay away... They will poison you!
