Waffle House - Akron

Brandy and Layla are incredibly pleasant and friendly. The cooks and management were also welcoming. On the downside, they had to raise prices like many places are doing. The food was fresh and served hot. Our favorite dishes are the all-American and sausage bowls. Overall, I give this restaurant a rating of 5 out of 5!

The waitress was extremely unprofessional. She only approached our table after we had finished eating on two consecutive days. On the second day, when she finally brought our dinner, she simply asked, "What can I get you?" I wanted to tell her to just leave us alone. Eventually, the cook came over to see if we needed anything. We asked for drinks, and the cook took care of that for us, while the waitress continued to do nothing. To top it off, every table in the restaurant was dirty.

It was very busy on the day we visited, and we had to wait a while for service. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't clean the tabletop at the anti-stations, and when she finally came to set the table for my grandson and me, she had an attitude when I requested her to clean it. Because of that, we decided to leave. I was really looking forward to enjoying their food, especially since it seemed like the two employees who were managing the dining room and phone orders were doing a great job despite the hectic situation.

Almost everyone was dirty. they had half the space. our children directed at 2 dirty stands in the corner without trying to clean it. they had a long table for all of us to sit together, but it was also dirty and blocked by chairs. not sure if it is personal, but the 2 people do not work interested in explaining why we could not sit together. we left.

I was greeted upon entering. Every employee smiled. Every employee cared about the details of my order. I heard them asking other customers questions too. Do you need anything else? Would you like mayo with that? How is everything so far? Great food. Great crew. Great carryout experience!Food: 5/5
