Taco Bell - Akron

If you're ordering drive thru, make sure you know their menu. You have to order and pay from their parking lot. And their parking lot is blocked off so drive thru is the only way out. Very strange setting.

Like most taco Bells fast food it is fast pretty decent best part about it is the diet Baja Mountain Dew

I experienced a long wait time and didn't receive all of my items. There were no napkins included. However, the worker who brought my food to my car was friendly and had a lovely smile, which was a nice touch!

I ordered at the kiosk, but it didn’t print a receipt. After that, I had a disagreement with the staff about whether I had ordered a drink or not, which I couldn’t confirm without proof of my order. Then I left the restaurant only to find out that I received the seven-layer nachos instead of the nacho burrito I wanted. I went back to request a fork for the nachos, but they informed me that there were no forks available. When I inquired about my original burrito order, I couldn’t prove that my order was incorrect since I didn’t have a receipt from the kiosk.

Have been sitting here for a few days following the breakfast. eating was fresh from the grill, not super fast, but within 4 minutes because of all drive-thru orders and only one pack line open. I saw good staff who worked well together. encouraged me to order kiosk when I arrived, I was quite slow for the first time, but much faster after.
