I never received any updates about my delivery. The driver didn't call or text me at all and simply dropped off my order without following the instructions I provided, making no effort to ensure I actually got it. It took over two hours for my food to arrive, even though it was only a few miles away. My order was left at a public table in a hospital lobby, and I had to look for it after checking the email tracker to see it was finally delivered. To top it off, the milk they sent wasn't even real milk; it was some Fairlife product. However, after reaching out, customer service contacted me and resolved all the issues.

The aroma that greets you as you step inside this restaurant is mouthwatering, instantly tempting you to order something. What truly sets it apart is their late-night hours, especially compared to many other local establishments. Everything is freshly made on-site, and they even have a cooler filled with milk—what could be better to pair with cookies? Additionally, the service is excellent; the staff is respectful and quick.

I recently had my first experience with fresh, hot cookies, and I have to say, even though I'm not usually a fan of sweet cookies, I was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely loved what we tried, especially the white chocolate macadamia cookie, which also contains coconut chips. You can really taste the quality of the chocolate in all of the chocolate flavors. Every bite was a delightful surprise, and they come packaged in cute, elegant boxes of different sizes. They would make perfect gift boxes! I just couldn't stop eating them. I highly recommend these cookies!

Best place to get your sugar fix! And they are open till 3AM!!!! Super great gooey fresh cookies and tremendous customer service. They aren't just cookies... They have ice cream as well! Who can ask for anything more!!!
