I come here every once in a while and I love it! The service is always exceptional, the line typically moves fast, the food/drinks are delicious, and the workers are always willing to help with any questions I have since I’m picky with my coffee. I went tonight and Gina Emily were so welcoming, fun, and made me one of the best refreshers that I’ve had from here! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Ahhh I was so excited about Biggby’s coming to Ashland, stopped here this morning and they were very kind, repeated my order back to me (correctly), offered dog biscuits for my dogs and everything, drinks were good but they messed up the sandwiches. Idk how because they repeated it back to me correctly but then gave me something different. Expensive enough I would have hoped to get the correct order
