Mad About Food - Ajmer

Let start by saying i am a pure non vegetarian. now i have been converted to a vegetarian .Couldn't even imagine that vegetarian food could be so good full of flavors. After being 14 days in other parts of India we finally came to Ajmer. The owner (deepak) who run this restaurant is amazing and so skillful. We came a bit late and they were about to close, but kindly let us eat at their place after we found out it would be our last chance to visit, since we were leaving soon after.The food is absolutely fantastic. The best we have had in India, so tasty and delicious there is a vast variety of food. The chefs are real genius. And the owner (deepak) is so polite and caring for the guests. We regretted not have come earlier.Being a chef myself the menu has been carefully designed keeping in mind of everyone needs. Different cuisines that is just absolutely brilliant.the food is full of flavors and so fresh.Well done to the owner (deepak) who have managed to design and kept the flavor so authentic with a difference.i strongly disagree with some of the negative reviews. People who have given negative comment about food, freshness or the ambiance they do not know what they are talking about. or they do not know anything about food or there taste buds are dead. The name suggest it all Mad About Food so leave the ambiance, atmosphere its about food period. Hats off to the owner (deepak) running a such a vast operation with different cuisines and still maintaining the quality, flavors and freshness. Well if you want your taste buds to take you through a exciting journey of flavors, freshness and keep you wanting for more food then this is the place to be We would highly highly recommend this restaurant to everybody.A BIG THUMBS UP TO THE TEAM OF MAD ABOUT FOOD

We used be regular at this place. When the place opened, it was Eureka moment for Ajmer, specially the cuisines it used to serve.Recent experiences, about 3 over 2 years, suggest to permanently strike out this place.I am surprised that the place still runs, perhaps the neighbors are used to this place, or have not discovered what they are missing, by trying elsewhere.I would perahps put in bottom 10 of Ajmer restaurants.The place is no where close to how it looks on the website. Its dim and dark.

Good restaurant with different options such as chinese, indian, italian etc..taste of the food was okay..a bit more spicy than the authentic food would be..but neverthless it is not bad

Hi to all my Tongue twisters..... A place of good eatbles...spiced with flavoured masalas makes a heaven for a tourist.....MAF is the good outlet for all kinds of meals....Whether u try pasta with red gravy,simple pizza,honey chilli potatoes......simply mouth watering substance is felt blur soul....Enjoy

We are frequent vistors at MAF - love the food here... its quite amazing to find a restaurant like MAF in ajmer... there owner Deepak is an experienced hotelier who have worked in World Class hotels globally, and his personal love from Ajmer..and doing something creative and passionate made Mad About Food..what is today !!We are always personally attended.. and my favourites are the Naan Pizaa and Tempora..among the different choices... my parents enjoy South Indian..here...i think this is one place for all...and i am happy to recommend this as must go in Ajmer..
