Starbucks - Ajax

Great staff, great tea. But too many flies in the store to really enjoy the atmosphere.

Great service! I never had a bad experience at Starbucks. It doesn’t matter what location I have visited. The service remains consistent from what I have experienced. Even at their busiest. Keep it up!!

The staff here are super nice and helpful. My drink was not made properly a day ago and I called the next day because I was out of town. They were so accommodating and helpful even though I called a day after. They offered to make my drink again and I truly appreciated that! I would also like to add that the drive thru staff are always super friendly!The only downside to this location is that the drive thru wait time is slow. Sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes

This place was a huge disappointment. I ordered one Chai tea latte and one iced white chocolate mocha. I got the hot drink and was waiting for the cold one for almost 15 minutes while people who came and ordered got their stuff and left. I checked with one of the batista, and she just responded saying it 's probably in the queue, and carried on. Didn 't bother yo check if it is there or not. I waited for another five minutes and checked with another batista, who then went and checked the order and made the drink. The environment ŵas not clean as there were flies all over their garbage bin. Would not go back again.

Staff are very kind and drink was absolutely perfect but the drive through wait time was horrendous. I highly doubt it is the employees fault, most likely district management not employing enough people or not turning off mobile orders.
