Pizza Hut - Ajax

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. So shame on me, never again will we order from here. We have had excuses like "we are out of dough", "please call back in 45 minutes while we prepare dough", to this weekend where only 1/2 of the MINISCULE amount of cheese actually covered the pizza. We will never order from here again, the customer service is lacking big time.

We enjoyed the lunch buffet. The restaurant was clean and the service was good, the price was incredible. The buffet had salad, pasta dishes and several different types of pizza including vegetarian. We'd return.

We were visiting from out of town. We met there to have lunch with friends there was 8 of us.the server was ok in the beginning till I saw my fork was dirty and food was stuck to it, then she became rude, my friends checked their napkins and forks as well and found another napkin that was dirty. I told the waiter and she walked away and said she has no answer for me. I spoke to the manager who told me ok so what do you want? I said I wanted a clean place and good service as I thought the waiters was rude and the manager was the same. No apology or acknowledgement, still he didn't apologies he simply said we will give you another one. We had the kids excited to be there so we didn't want to disappoint them other than that we would have left. Very bad customer service. We had a bad time, bad experience and ruined our time with our friends and our lunch.

Pizza huts "all you can eat lunch" pizza buffet is one of the best deals at $8.99 a person. Sadly their were not enough people eating to keep the pizza hot and fresh. It was very quiet. I imagine hard for the staff to make tips. Fore the price it was still good, they made us fresh pizzas, the salads still good. One of the pizzas they gladly warmed up for us and the dessert pizza tasted like a cinnabon bun. We filled ourselves over the brim. One of the pizzas was extremely cheesy. All good and cannot complain for 8.99, especially if you ask for something, and they meet your needs. I have been to other Pizza Hut lunch buffets and in much busier locations and it is really good. It isn't their fault that it was not a busy lunch crowd that day to have the buffet turn over quicker..... I still say $8.99 for salads, pizza and bread stix? Can't go too wrong.

While we only did takeout (delivery) I can't say how the restaurant itself is however the quality was horrible.That pizza was supposed to be pepperoni, bacon strips and extra cheese... can you tell? :-(Our first and last order from Pizza Hut. Back to Domino's.
