I am allergic to gluten, so ordered my burrito and thought will order kid?s burrito after finish my order. That?s what always i am doing it , to prevent anycontamination. But after finish my burrito, the guy told me he can not make another burritos coz their is line up (only 2 customers)and i have to go behind the queue and order again. That?s really weird for me. My kid was hungry so they went back tothe queue again and ordered their burritos. Thank you so much for that kind of service. Never coming back to this location.Really humiliating service.
First time visiting this location and was happy with my visit. I got take out so I didn?t stay but the restaurant looked nice, clean and smelled amazing. They were really friendly too! I ordered the gluten free mild chicken quesadilla as I?ve never triedtheir quesadillas (only the gluten free burrito) and OMG it was soooo good!! I?m so so happy bar burrito has gluten free optionsthat also taste delicious. I?ve been celiac for years and it?s nice to finally see more gluten free options coming out atrestaurants. Cant wait to order again!!!!!!
I stopped by on a whim one day for lunch and absolutely loved it. The presentation of the burrito bowl was outstanding. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain the options and offer suggestions to create an amazing meal. The food was filling and fresh, and it didn't leave me feeling bloated like many fast food places do. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and it didn't even feel rushed. The prices were reasonable, and, like most places, guacamole was extra, but it looked fresh and didn't have that typical browning. If you're searching for an alternative to the usual fast food spots and want a delicious, fresh meal, this is definitely a place to try!
The trainer was very nice, but the manager in the purple shirt displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. I was given two items that I had already paid for when I only requested one. It's understandable if he didn't hear me, but the woman in the purple shirt should be let go.
I like the restaurant, but they really skimp on the portion sizes. You have to ask them to add more food, which is frustrating. I just ordered through Uber, and I can't express how disappointed I was when my kids opened the bags. I was upset because they were still hungry after the meal. I might try ordering in person, but I can't handle the stress of constantly asking for more food. Ordering through Uber is definitely not going to happen again. Also, I placed the order while I was boarding the train downtown. By the time I got to my station, drove home, and waited for the food to arrive, it was quite the ordeal.
