Le Mimo - Ajaccio

Super pizza super country pates and charcuterie for an honest price. Nice boss. This restaurant is much better than those in the old town that are more tourist catches.

Looking for a good pizza in Ajaccio, we stop at the Mimo, guided by its good reviews. On site, we discover a small restaurant, held by a man who struggles to find staff and thus manages all the service alone. House, service, kitchen, dive, cashing, and despite that it takes time to discuss with us. He treats us with succulent pizzas, we think the gentleman can cook. And when, as a bonus, the surfers of the store drop the curtain and come to Mimo for lunch, probably possible, it is that the canteen is good! We had dinner with our 4 children a Friday night before returning to the boat and we had a great time! The boss and his very kind son! The plates of charcuterie/cheese a little too big for me I no longer had room for dessert that looked super good (tiramisu with strawberries that I regretted not having taken it)! So a great time we all spent with the digestive before leaving the restaurant! Ambiance quality at the top thank you very much! The Dijonese!
