The timing was on sauce or wine for a few minutes. 511 euros and we made us feel unhappy and upset... how long it took. Sometimes more than 35min wait between courses without wine as they were not attentive to observe. Not what you expect from a Michelin star restaurant. The cook seems sweet and talented, but his team is not organized in running dinner menus.
The food quality is really nice. The restaurant is wonderful. Definitely a place to go. The staff is very friendly.
Great food experience with a lot of very interesting taste combination. The molecular aspect of it is a bit of an overstatement. Only a very few dishes qualify as molecular, but the experience was great and the price is very good for a 1* restaurant.

Came her often but restaurant now is run by Pierre Reboul. It was already a real experience to have lunch on the terrace in the garden, but this with the great cuisine now being served there makes it a place you need to visit.
