La Bidule - Aix-en-Provence

I had dinner one evening with my sister when visiting Aix for the festival. I was drawn by the rather attractive menu; a lot of the neighbouring restaurants seemed rather geared towards the international crowd (endless pizzas). There were two friendly young waitresses who coped very well with our appalling French. Seating outside was pleasant not elegant, but comfortable and rustic. I asked for a recommendation and was directed to the octopus, which was the best I've ever had: beautifully cooked with a simple, but delicious sauce. Pricing was reasonable. Particular thanks to our waitress, whose name I didn't get, but was wearing a yellow outfit on 16th July her service was excellent and the octopus recommendation spot on. I'd highly recommend. We didn't try the desserts, but they looked good.

Many différente things on the menu, from burgers, to wok and fish and chips. Charming and vintage decoration. Prices ok.

Après avoir patienté 45 mn nous n'étions toujours pas installé ... une fois attablé les plats de sont révélés fades pour le prix affichés, mon epouse et moi avons été très déçus Une expérience culinaire que je ne recommande pas à aix en Provence ....

Abbiamo scelto questo locale a "naso", non conoscendo nulla della città.Ci è piaciuto lo stile davvero particolare del posto, con tavolo apparecchiati con taglie colorate, menù fatti con i libri delle favole, mille luci colorate.Davvero caratteristico.Abbiamo mangiato molto bene.Io ho preso un piatto unico con beuf riso e verdure. La mia ragazza ha mangiato l'entecôte. Entrambi piatti buoni accompagnati da birra e acqua RIGOROSAMENTE in caraffa.Servizio velocissimo e gentile.Consigliatissimo per una cenetta senza grandissime pretese.

Repas du midi après balade sur le marché de Aix. J'avais vu pas mal de photo via Instagram, je voulais absolument faire cette endroit. Je suis ravie de A à Z service très attentionné, j'avais mon bébé dans la poussette j'ai eu la proposition d'une chaise haute j'ai eu une table à l'ombre super, burger à tomber, (mention très spécial pour le cheddar)note plus que correcte!!!! Je vais le conseiller et y retourner avec plaisir. Merci pour ce jolie moment.
