Bentoka - Aix-en-Provence

To make short: 1) the wait is much too important while the restaurant was only 10 cutlerys we are 15 covered in total!20 minutes to have our 1st dishes, it's too much for a Japanese!One waitress! a Saturday evening of August!2) even if the dishes are not frozen, the ingredients are singularly lacking freshness (in the proper sense of the term) especially during this summer time. Even my kirin wasn't fresh enough! 3) for the rest, this establishment is far from being the best Japanese axis! sushis with no particular flavor, miso bof! yakitori too cooked.To the rigor, a planet sushi would do as much...Breef, we will not return.

A correct Japanese, a proper reception and service, nothing really special. The staff is not Japanese, for the cook I don't know.

I absolutely didn't know this restaurant and I'm totally there by chance. it was a pleasant surprise, despite being a little bit small inside (tables outdoor) the decoration is typical we have very good ! the reception of the two women who work there are just adorable and warm throughout their service. food question I think I really never have as good Japanese food! I will often go back there :)

That of the positive for this restaurant:- map offering all the most famous Japanese dishes and not only sushi-, in addition to the known recipes, original card that offers delights of the chef-, very smiling waitress and small care-, passionate cook who has a taste for good things, wants to please his customers and who is a real creator-. really good value for money.

Smiling waitress and very kind. The products were fresh and of high quality, the sushi were excellent.
