Airmont Eats

I was excited to order from this restaurant because the menu looked appealing. I tried to place an online order for a later pick-up time, but it didn't work, so I called instead. The person who took my order seemed rushed and didn't ask for my name, which I found odd. I requested a sandwich for 2pm pick-up, but when I arrived, it wasn't ready and the staff seemed confused. They ended up microwaving my sandwich, which I found unusual. During checkout, the sandwich rang up as $9.50, even though the online menu listed it at $7.99. When I asked about the discrepancy, the staff didn't understand and had to call the manager. The manager explained that the online menu was old and said he would update it. I also mentioned that their online ordering system was not working. Unfortunately, they didn't adjust the price of my sandwich. Overall, the customer service was lacking and I left feeling disappointed.

I used to enjoy dining at Airmont, but it seems like they no longer care about their customers. I placed an order ahead of time, went to pick it up, and found out they hadn't even started preparing it. I paid and left, only to discover when I arrived at my destination that my order was thrown together hastily and was incorrect. It's disappointing to see that good customer service is a thing of the past.

Airmont Eats is our favorite restaurant in Airmont! The food is delicious, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The customer service is excellent, always putting us in a good mood! It was one of the first places we tried when we moved to the area. We order from them at least once a week. Our household favorite is the lady Madonna. We highly recommend Airmont Eats!

Roy and the crew make our lunch party better and better. her wrap and sandwich table is always fresh and tasty. they have some of the best aubergine sandwiches. the harvested quinoa is delicious and satisfying. my fellow workers always ask for the cranberry chicken salad and the roasted Brussels spits. we love the sweet potato, spicy brokkoli and calf and cauliflower salad. they carry necks of kartoffel chips that make the office very happy. it is very nice to make such a clean, healthy (and tasty option for lunch that provides with a smile. vegetarian friendly! excellent food with great praise! thank you!

Nice place for lunch... philly cheesesteak was a wonderful choice. Nicest people working the counter. Please go in and support a local business.
