No room service. No phone to call concierge. No laundry service. Do it yourself. No ice get it yourself from bar. No spa salts or scents in a spa suite. Other than that, it was an amazing view with hammock and spa. Refurbished room. odd choices black and chrome refurbished tap wear and handles. AC worked really well. Shower was a bit slow and soft. As we have stayed in the resort before, we were aware how good it is. The staff, amenities and location are superb. This is the best place to stay in Airlie Beach. The pool is amazing, the meals and drinks are great. We stayed our last night at another property to give it a go and we were disappointed. We had a lovely stay at this resort. The location is great as it is so close to the Main Street and the marina. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and were happy to help us. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. If you are going to Airlie beach staying here is a must ! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
