Tim Hortons - Airdrie

The employees are extremely careless, and I've had the worst experiences with my orders. This is now my fourth order in two months, and they keep getting it wrong. Sometimes they forget to add sugar, and other times they skip the milk or cream. My drinks are always messed up, and I just can’t enjoy them because it's consistently disappointing. The coffee is poor quality, and the tea is always oversteeped. It’s frustrating because they don’t seem to check their work.

I waited nearly five minutes before someone asked if I had placed an order. There were only two other customers seated, enjoying snacks, so it was clear that the restaurant wasn't busy. The staff member in charge should have noticed that I hadn’t ordered yet. It took almost five minutes to receive a coffee and a large tea. The overall service and cleanliness definitely need improvement, especially since there were only a few customers at the time. As for parking, the lot was empty.

We've visited this location several times, but we've consistently had trouble with the drive-thru speaker; it’s hard to communicate. The staff at the window have also been unwelcoming, and the same goes for those at the speaker. Moving forward, we'll be taking our business to other Tim Hortons locations in the city.

This is twice this week I was here. it needs good cleanliness. There are at least four workers in the back and nobody cleaned up anything out here. it's so quiet, they don't know where the chaos came from, as it was when I came in. tables benches and floors are dirty, but they can safely back.

This Tim's location is well organized and quick. The food/drinks are how they're supposed to be. We're never disappointed!
