Kfc - Airdrie

Chicken was good fries were crisp and hot, gravy was bland and tasteless, staff continued to push people through like a cattle chute then forget half the order and to top it off they were out of stock on a lot of condiments and cutlery management higher up needs to step in

Ordered from this location for what is likely the last time today. Total screw up on our order. Combos missing all sauces and drinks, spoke to the restaurant and may as well of been talking to a brick wall. No ability to understand basic communication, spelt out order numbers and no ability to comprehend what was being said. Truly disappointing as this used to be a great location. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

There is no kfc chicken flavour with the coating of the chicken and their gravy is watery with no flavour. THE worst KFC I’ve ever been too. Pick up in Calgary

Always liked the taste of kfc, but the prices have really increased, which in turn will keep me away. 6 pieces huh, pommes and gravy for 35 dollars, that is over order prizes.

Online order never came. Delivery notice was texted after 1.5hrs from placing the order. Then the link stopped tracking. The store wouldn’t answer the phone for info regarding the order.
