Three In One Takeaway - Airdrie

I received my food within 30 minutes, but it was frozen cold and not fresh. I called to express my concerns and was assured that a manager would get back to me, but I never received a callback. After four attempts on the third call, the staff hung up on me during my fourth call. Eventually, they promised to send a new order, but I was told to wait up to two hours. Even after all this, part of my meal was still cold. I will definitely not be ordering again. I'm really disappointed, as this used to be one of my favorite takeaways, but the quality has clearly declined. I didn’t even receive an apology from them.

I just ordered two large chicken kebabs, and they were incredibly tasty! I highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff was excellent, and the atmosphere was delightful. Everything was wonderful, and I can't wait to return soon!

Delicious food, reasonable prices, and an incredibly friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We ordered our pizza from here two hours ago and it still hasn’t arrived, which has left us puzzled. We placed our order at 5 PM, and it’s now 7 PM. We didn’t mind waiting for the pizza initially, but the delay in delivery has been quite frustrating. (Update: The delivery issue caused our order to be late, but the pizza was fantastic!)
