I was there during the corona shutdown, and we were almost the only guests, due to restrictions, not everything was open in the resort, therefore only 4/5. the water park is a beautiful pool area in authentic style. I think when the world opens again, this resort deserves many guests again. the personal was excellent 6/5.
Great place if they are looking for a favorable alternative. we were here a night before and after the retanning boat and it was ideal for what I liked: very flexible at early and late check-in (they let us in 4 hours earlier) free airport transfer to and from the airport. they brought us around 1:30 without problem five minutes drive from the airport beautiful swimming pools, water slides etc. great view from the room if they have a view of the sea (they have updated us free of charge) large clean room breakfast buffet, hard a little restricted what not to like: internet only in the lobby interesting, put far from the city, but they offer a free shuttle. hotel is not new. we had a few shorter power failures. it seems very popular with Chinese groups. no elevator.
Palau needs visitors. the economy hurts because of pandemic. we were the only ones in this resort. the staff was friendly and very friendly.
It's a good place to stay. Price per day is quiet high as compared to hotel standards. But this is for whole Palau. Plus points of hotel are It has water slides. It's has two pools. Staff are very polite and friendly. Have breakfast buffet. Food is OK. Have spa but price is double as compared to other SPA in Koror. Very near to airport. Have diving shop which can help you in diving.
What a beautiful location, and even more beautiful people. I went about half a mile to check this place. Anyway, no matter where I am, I'll call first. But in this case I thought I needed the walk, wanted to explore the island, and so I got the chance. When I was there, they were closed. The door was open, but they were obviously not open to the business. The owner saw me and came out and explained they were closed. She asked me where I was staying and asked how I got there. After I realized that I went there, she told me to sit on her terrace (beautiful) and she would feed me what she and her family had for dinner! I had Soba with Edamame, Tofu, Veggies and Squash. Unbelievable. She sat with me and talked to me about Palau, culture, food, etc. Then she stuffed me with fresh dragon fruit and sent me on my way with a bag of bananas and some fresh coconuts! She refused to accuse me. She explained that she is not open for dinner right now because she only has outdoor seats and it really gets dark and there are mosquitoes. She says they're open for breakfast at 7:00. This is a very beautiful place. I recommend this place for breakfast and lunch. I will breakfast in a few days and I will update this review.
