I stood there for over 10 minutes watching a staff counting money in the drawers. The other staff just standing. Unbelievable. Stupid customer service.
We had Hook and Ladder. Worst ever. Full of mayo. It was dripping out. Tiny pieces of meat. Never will go back. Workers are to busy talking to each other.
I ordered online through Uber eats. I got to the restaurant and my order had not gone through. They wouldn’t and didn’t prepare the order. They wouldn’t give a refund and said that Uber had to refund my money. So I left after they offered to take my order and I pay again. Even though I showed them my transaction online. Under also will not refund my money. And the next morning did not receive the order I placed and paid for. Since then I’ve read numerous reviews of similar experiences like mine. I’m a regular at Firehouse, was a regular. Because Firehouse has chosen to use a scamming, thieving, crooked third party as their business partner, I will never, and I do mean EVER, spend money at a Firehouse subs restaurant, and at any location in the world, again in my remaining days on this side of eternity. You allowed a third party service to steal my money, and it was $15 for a salad. $15!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR A SALAD!!!!!!!!!!!! It was after a 12 hour work day!!!!! Very happy with this experience....Sandwich was great, mayo was at the right amount this time. Staff were courteous fast and gave me the 1st responder discount (I was in uniform) no questions asked....
