Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Poor, slow service. We were there at 4:30 with parents. Place was empty, took forever for server to come to table. Then was at least 20 minutes for food to get to table. Meatloaf looked like it had been run over by a car. Hamburger steak fried to a crisp. Shrimp crispy also. Food not Cracker Barrel standard. Won't be back to this location.

Service was very slow, lunch almost became dinner. Items were missing from our orders and the cost per side makes this not something I can let go. The pot roast was not good. Seasoning was off and vegetables were still raw in the soup. I ordered the chicken fried chicken (they were out of what I actually wanted) and it wasn't till after they brought out the food that they said they were out of gravy. Great, dry chicken. Thanks. Won't come back

Ugh. Went to Cracker Barrel in Aiken. Very disappointing. Kim the manager had somewhat of an attitude, because we complained about the eggs she wanted to know if we were having a good day. She returned our scrambled eggs twice and they came out cooked wrong both times. My husbands steak was cooked perfectly. Brittany was our server and she was very attentive

Kim and Liz were amazing! Very patient and fast as soon as I was ready to order Liz was there with a huge smile and always kept my drink up. The food came fast and was delicious. Both ladies made the experience well worth it!

Much time in Cracker Barrell in my years. But the first time in this place(was in the city for work). No complaints, food was excellent and you made a great impression on my friend who was with me from top to north. It was her first visit here and she LOVED the fried apples
