This place, though from the way to tourism, the food here is great. Not many vegan options, but those on the menu are very delicious!

The Vegan Ramem is fantastic, but the broth for the Veg. Dan Man is phenomenal. Tempura Brussels is always on my order. The Dan Dan Man I think only the noodles are not-vegan, and they can be exchanged to the Kale noodles. All right! See you next time in Pearlridge. Although this restaurant is located in a touristy area, the food here is excellent. There aren't many vegan choices on the menu, but the ones available are incredibly tasty!

The Vegan Rahm dish is amazing, but the broth for the veggie dumplings is outstanding. The tempura Brussels sprouts are always a must-order. The only non-vegan item is the noodles, but they can be swapped out for kale noodles. Definitely check out this restaurant at Pearlridge next time. You can also order online and pick up directly through the door near the parking lot.

I had a good experience at this restaurant on both of my visits. The first time, I tried the vegan noodles in a flavorful broth that I really enjoyed. The second time, I ordered the Dan noodles (which are vegetarian, but be cautious as they contain eggs - I asked for a different type of noodles instead), and found them to be satisfactory. I requested extra tofu for $2.50, but was disappointed to receive only 5 small pieces. The tempura brussel sprouts were visually appealing, but the portion size was small (despite appearing larger in the menu picture). Overall, the meal was satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. Despite being located in a mall, this restaurant was the only one I would have considered visiting.
