Tried to pick an order around 7pm Sunday. Dining room was already locked, and drive through intercom was broken, so had to wait twice as long in drive thru line.

My money was short change back, I had turned my car around to tell the cashier, and he did not give me the right change back. Not good. Always make sure the money is correct when given to customers. It was very slow that day.

The manager working on New Year’s Eve evening shift deserves extreme credit he has excellent customer service! He addressed a minor order discrepancy with extreme professionalism and put the customer first. Of course the food is great too hot, fresh, and delicious. But I really appreciate the manager’s dedication to service. I wish I had gotten his name but mahalo!

I would like to mention that KFC is Triple O G status been in the business for quite sometime and they never,ever disappoint when it comes to chicken!!!!!......
